What we all really want to know is: How did you lose so much weight? And is there a painless way for lesser mortals do to likewise?

It's only a little more that a pound per month, so the point to start from is to take the long view. Anyway, I really reduced my beer consumption, did a couple of 2 day fasts, skipped breakfast a lot (I don't eat if I'm not hungry) and switched to salad for dinner. Of course one has to exercise a lot too, but I've always been pretty active, so that didn't change much.
